Christopher Nolen & Associates was established as a Southeast Louisiana home inspection company in 2011 in response to a need for quality home inspection services in the area. The owner of our company, Christopher Nolen was born and raised in New Orleans and believes strongly that the growth of the New Orleans economy relies on small businesses providing quality, local services. We strive to not only better the beautiful community in which we live and work, but also to better the city economically as well.
We have a commitment to providing timely, accurate, and highly professional home inspection services. In the time that we began our company, Christopher Nolen & Associates have performed hundreds of home inspections including new homes and luxury properties in the 125 mile radius area of New Orleans. Christopher Nolen attended Donaldson Educational Real Estate School in Metairie and then passed the National Home Inspector Exam. He also attended Southeastern Mold Institute in Panama City Beach, Florida and became licensed in mold inspection. He is also a member of the Mold Inspection Consulting and Remediation Organization (MICRO). All of our inspectors are engaged in continuous education to keep up with local trends and construction methods. We are fully licensed, insured and certified in all areas of our trade.
